The Great Eggscape!

Students for this activity will listen to the story “The Great Escape”, create their own egg characters, and create book to record their eggs adventures using the links below.

Materials: pencil, blank paper, crayons/felts, scissors, egg carton (optional), ruler or straight edge

Throughout the story, feel free to pause the video at different parts and ask/discuss your child similar questions to these:

“What do you think might happen in this story?”

“What do you think will happen next?”

“Where in the grocery store could the eggs hide? If you were an egg that wanted to hide, where would you go?”

*Sparkle* words to highlight: Frolic (to be silly, have fun, run around etc), Imagination ( to think creatively) , Dozen (12), Unite (come together)
