Kindergarten Families
Sunday is Mother’s Day.  Kindergarten students always love making cards for their mothers and other special women in their lives. This is usually something that is done at school.  We would like to help children make their wonderful mother (or another special female) a card again this year.  This Thursday, we will post a video lesson that your child can use to assist them in making their own card for their Mother, Grandmother, Auntie or special family friend.

Dads, Grandpas or Uncles, perhaps this is a lesson you could supervise.  Could you please ensure that your child has these supplies with them before you begin the video.

SUPPLIES NEEDED TO MAKE THIS EASY MOTHER’S (GRANDMOTHER’S, AUNTIE’S) DAY CARD

• light blue (or another colour) cardstock paper
• Circle cut out of yellow paper (or white paper evenly coloured yellow) about 9cm in diameter (it will become a sun)
• Black marker (washable)
• googly eyes (optional)
• crayons
• glue stick
